Ijara is a contract between the bank and an agent who owns the bank of the customer the benefit of selfsame as a car or a property for a period agreed upon monthly or annual wage. The bank may be considered a client with the same ownership after the expiry of the lease period. The Ijarah may also be described in the provision of services in the fields of education, treatment, travel, and so on. The Ijara, which is described in the contract, shall be held by two contracts. The bank shall have the service from its owner such as the university, hospital or travel agency.
